How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We are shipping out directly from our warehouse overseas, this way we can lower on cost and be able to offer free shipping to everyone, so please be patient and allow up to 7-12 business days to the United States, Australia and UK, 12-25 business days to Canada, 12-30 business days for rest of the World. These times are estimates and in many cases, our shipments arrive faster than this.
How can I track my order?
You don’t need a account to track your order – we will send you the tracking number information when the post update. Enter your email address and order number (which you received in your email) to view the current status of the order.
Where is the rest of my order?
Your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses, to get your items to you as soon as possible. Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other. If you do not receive the remainder of your order within the next 7 days please contact us.
I need to change something on my order, what should I do?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Yes! Please check our refund/return policy at the footer menu. NOTE: We do not offer refunds while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you.
Is my payment information secure?
We keep to the highest industry standards for payment and processing, to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, only used to complete the requested transaction and is not stored.

Refund & Returns
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for up to 14 days after you receive it and get full refund. For more information please visit "Refund Policy" page.
We like to keep it simple around here, but most of all we like to keep our customers overjoyed and coming back time and again.
Returns/Exchanges
All products come with a free replacement warranty for 14 days after you received your order. If your purchase does not match your expectation, you've accidentally received the wrong size, or if the item is defective, please contact us - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
Refunds
Refund will be given in the following terms:
- You did not receive your order after 60 days from purchase;
- If the product arrived damaged;
- If you do not want to keep your order and would like to send it back paying and covering return shipping cost.
I returned some items. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, it will be checked to make sure it is unused and in resellable condition. Your refund will be issued shortly after and processed by your bank within 2-7 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card used when making the purchase.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again;
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via this form.
